Pathetic service and a bunch of rogues

a loan was paid off around 28th of may and an extra R2500 was paid which we have requested a refund but no one has even rep**** to the emails, then on the 15th of June R4000 was debited and still no one replies to our emails. the service is pathetic and direct axis should employ staff who are dedicated to their customers and allow their staff to make out going calls. it is R6500 that is owed to us and we must get the run around for OUR money. bunch of useless rogues
