Pathetic service
After I posted my problem with them on 22October 2020 still no response I phone Sanlam loan department yesterday and spoke to Zupi. She said that even if your under debt review you have to pay your installment. No one knows why my debit order did not go off. She said she will get someone to phone me. Still no response.
