Pathetic service

Horrible service. Direct axis is a **** i have been requesting the paid up since i paid my account.. And thy tld me to send the proof of payment and i dd but still no letter every time when i cal them thy tell me thy ddnt receive my proof of payment but on their system it shows that i paid .. Like m frd up with them i can neva recommend any one to work with dem
