Pathetic Service

My account was settled in Nov 2019 and they still debit my account despite having sent them proof of payment. I now expect a refund and I am being sent from pillar to post.

The consultant told me the matter has been escalated but it has been weeks if not months. This is pathetic and I would advise anyone to be associated with these people. They simply ignore and out complaints under the carpet. Check all of the complaints on this website. Pathetic indeed.
