PATHETIC SERVICE

Absolutely useless and *********** people. A settlement was requested, but to the settlement was added another months interest and whatever else, to take the settlement value over the capital owing amount. Which I've never heard of before! Then when you ask to speak to a manager, they are on another level altogether! Like they are doing you a favor by doing their job! 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for feedback from the so called manager, I emailed customer support and complaints, and no response either!! They should not be allowed to phone and hound people, looking for clients when they cannot provide the service!!!!
