Pathetic Service
I'm confused about this company December they sent an sms saying they will devit my account on the 15th so I called them asking to debit on the 25bas normal which they didn't do. I then called and asked them to do a debit n I waited n waited nothing. Then again they call saying I haven't paid n I again said I'm waiting for them to debit. Still nothing then I say no leave it I will do an electronic payment. Now I'm trying to do an eft n it says the ref number is invalid. I call in today 5btimea just to get a valid ref number n all I get are rude agents. Wow I'm actually disgusted cause I'm trying to pay you people and all I get is attitude. N this is my second review on this matter
