pathetic service

I have been trying to close my account with you guys for 2 months,No one bothers to call me back, No one replies to my email, every time I want to speak to a Manager, I get told, All managers are in meetings or on other calls,

YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC - The worst service i have ever received in my life, I would be ashamed to say i work for your company

Now as you are reading this, you think this guy is crazy, But as a Customer Service Manager myself, Your Service SUCKS, Your agents are so disrespectful, you place clients on silent holds and cut the call, You are so worried about me reversing a Debit Order, even after me paying you way more then my LOAN AMOUNT.

I call you more then 5 times a day from a Mobile Phone, Who is going to pay my Bill? Every agent says, i am making notes on your account, Call back an hour later only to find NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE OR NOTED

I would never recommend you or your services to my worst enemy

If I had the money, I would run an add on TV, showing you my mobile call list, and how USELESS YOUR SERVICE ARE

This maybe the reason why so many South African's are in debt, We try to do the right thing, but you guys do not come to the party.
