Pathetic service!

I would really like my paid up letters immediately! I am not going to tolerate this pathetic service of waiting for the credit bureau to be informed and me not receiving my paid up letters and removing all my details from tour systems!

I want nothing to do with you people and I want my letters because you want to take your sweet time to give me what I want but when something is not according to your records you are quick to badger and harass people from early the mornings and you demanding things from people immediately! Yet your systems clearly reflect the payments, you have received proof and I want my things now!

I told you people I want to take legal action against you because you have fine too far!
