Pathetic service
I would like to know why the process of closing all my accounts with you, informing the credit bureau and removing all my details from your systems take 5-10 days! That is ridiculous!
Your service has been absolutely pathetic and I have settled all my loans with you on 20 September then you still want proof of payments which I sent to you via email of which you could see clearly in 2 working days after the payment was made already that the accounts were settled!
You are quick to harass people with phonecalls immediately from 7 in the morning with numerous calls during the day but now you are so pathetic in closing accounts and sending paid up letters!
I want it immediately! I want my details removed from your systems immediately and I want the credit bureau to be informed immediately!
