Pathetic service!
I have had it up to here with Directaxis and their personal loans for Wesbank and now First For Women. If there is an arrangement in place you dont have any right to be deducting my account as you please! You receive your arrears money as per the arrangement and this **** must end now! You dont inform a client and you cannot deduct money as you please if you are receiving your money. That is utter nonsense! I want someone in a management position to contact me and sort this matter
