I would like the debit order back asap that you double debited on 32 May without my consent and informing me, and after I had an arrangement with you. You can question your recorded phonecalls as I stated and I am not going to be harassed by you people and by consultants like Juan!
I have provided you with bank statement s indicating the double debit.
