Pathetic service!!!

Receiving pathetic service.all i want is for them to send me the account details so i can settle my loan.i have phoned twice and was told il receive a email with the details but never received it.I have sent a number of emails and still no feedback.I have immigrated to New Zealand and for me to call it costs about R200 a go.I have tried phoning 4 times today and the phone line just cuts.I suggest no one use them rather use your bank.They are quick to contact you when they want to give you a loan.But once you have taken it.you get such poor service.Really disappointed and disgusted with there service
