Pathetic service

I want to know why am I not being contacted by the legal action from Directaxis because I am still receiving communication which is utter **** via sms. I am being contacted by Team leaders who are clearly lying over the phone after recorded phonecalls were listened to and only afterwards they admit that I as the client did not make any agreements of the sort. So why am I still receiving communication which is useless and why are there no notes being made on the state!. Because its the same thing I have to explain to useless consultants over and over and this is utter bull!
