Pathetic service

I have complaint on this site before and I have indicated I am going to take legal action against Directaxis for their pathetic service so I want to speak to someone from their legal side regarding arrangements immediately.

Diretaxis refuses to listen to the arrangements made, carries on debiting amounts which I have not agreed to and on top of that have the audacity to send me smss 'agreed debit' . this is pathetic and this has to stop! I will also not be harassed the way I am with phone calls and smss at 7 in the morning when you do not have your facts straight either!
