Pathetic Self Service , unhelpful staff :(
Trying to have someone assist me with login details for your website is pathetic, imagine being transferred 5 times and no one knows how to assist? I am trying to make things easier by using your self-service portal but nooooooooo no one knows what the hell to do, will never recommend your business again, 10 min on call, by just being transferred around. accounts to digital, to accounts to digital sies.......
