Pathetic refund process

Deserves no star. Dont understamd why me the customer needs to do your job. You debit my account for a paid up loan but I need to visit a branch to reverse the debit order, will you cover the costs? That is your job not mine.

Secondly the amount paid to the loan to settle the account was more than the balance outstanding. I need to send proof of payment for the balance to be paid back to me eventhough you settles the account and money was received in your bank account. As per the FNB App.

I think Directaxis needs to catch a wake up.

I cannot wait 10 days for MY money to be refunded.

Dont bother to send emails to customerservice@directaxis as customer service are non existant.

Wonder what the Banking Ombudsman will have to say about your practice of taking money but having hundreds of stories of refunding customers own money.
