I wish companies would invest as much in their sales department as they do in their support department. Direct Axis is worse than home affairs. I have a simple request. % working days later im still waiting for someone anyone to revert back.

My debt with direct axis has prescribed and is no longer due. All i need is a letter stating that. Kindly please reply via email as i will not always be able to answer the phone.
