PATHETIC DIRECT AXIS
Unfortunately I don't have the option to rate 0 stars, so I just reluctantly chose 1. I have changed employer and for 3 days I have been trying to reach the offices via telephone and email to change the date of my debit order. The debit order has been requested, no payment was received. Yet, they keep on sending me sms about the arrear payment. They will most probably be listing me as a bad paying customer at the credit buro. GET YOUR FREAKING DUCKS IN ORDER DIRECT AXIS !!!!!!!!!!! Can someone please contact me urgently about this.
