Pathetic customer service

I was just on the phone with a DirectAxis agent. I ask when will I get my money back that they stole from me. She told me it will take ten working. When I asked to speak to manager, I was kept on hold. Eventually when the agent came back. There wasn't any answer. I'm still waiting for a manager to speak to me. They are pathetic.
