Pathetic Customer Service!!!

Very disappointed with the horrible service I received. My salary went in 2days later. I received a sms if they may debit. I responded to the sms yes. They debited my account twice in the same month. I tried a week to get through to the call centre to assist as this was not part of my budget. I gave up as no one could assist . My account was then in credit thinking they not going to debit this month. There my debit order go off again. No one can help so they don't debit me in December. My account is in credit! I don't want the money back. Why can't your pathetic call centre with their unfriendly service not assist??? I will close my account so u can't debit again. I will EFT straight into your account as long as it's before the 1st of every month.
