Pathetic and unhappy!

Good day i am highly irritated and annoyed! I took out a loan with you guys a while back and i settled it in may 2022. I spoke to a consultant and she gave me a settlement quote which i did a transfer into the account and closed it. Only to find out two years later that the account is still open and occurring cost and interest on that account even though i settled it. Once i did the settlement you guys stopped debiting me now after two year direct axis says my account is owing which don't make sense. I have called through multiple times! Using my airtime trying to get this sorted out but i have not received any help i got a call from the guy from the collections department the call got cut and he never called me back i tried calling back and i sat on the phone for 44 mins! I am not receiving any help! Which is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable this is sitting on the credit bureau which is unacceptable ! I am trying to apply for a home loan and this is messing my credit score this needs to be sorted out asap, because i need some sort of help and im not receiving any help! And they can listen to the calls because all calls are recorded when i called through i asked for a settlement no one told me anything about another loan! This is honestly pathetic
