Pathetic and ***********

I’ve been on the phone with direct axis and call direct since 9:30am until 13:15pm... I’ve used a balance of R375 worth of airtime!

All I’ve requested is a settlement balance on my loan! Direct axis puts me through to claims, claims puts me through to call direct and I’ve been going around and around in circles to the call center to direct numbers and no one not one person can help me with a settlement letter for my loan!

This is a joke and pathetic service that no one is able to assist me! Is everyone on a vacation at direct axis/call direct??? Or are they just ***********?

I’ve spoken to nonklandla, Stephen, aadil, kashifah, zanele, Reyaan, Kevin, Brian, Adrian, komotso, Melissa, what is going on!

This is a real disgrace!
