Pathetic after sales customer service

I have telephoned Direct Axis w.r.t. consolidating my payments to them. I spoke to various consultants who said they could not help, bit would refer me to their team leader. One one occasion the consultant provided me their team leaders information as Mr Faizal Hoosen, on another occasion I was given the team leaders name as Verity. I requested that these team leaders phone me to assist me. 2 weeks have elapsed without any one phoning me. <br> Would appreciate HelloPeter assisting me in this regard.
