Pathetic
Just a quick recap; I applies for Covid 19 relief fund, it was approved but they still deducted their monthly installment. I tried to cancel the Covid 19 relief after a long struggle itvwas apparently sortes out. Now I am still waiting for them to deduct their installment for May. I spent almost the entire day trying to get hold of them, absolutely no one answers that switchboard. So this issue has not yet been resolved like they promised me.
