App**** for a loan received an sms money will be in your account shortly that was on Friday the 5th July the 06th made numerous phone called on hold for hours and for ever like the leg didn't know what the tail was doing. Then I was told its an EFT error question what does it mean all the consultant could say its and EFT error how the hell must I know whats an EFT error? then I was told I have an outstanding loan was transfer to customer care, where they confirmed all loans closed and settled in June already, so then back to loans and still waiting feedback because IT is investigating
