Passing the buck - Charity Nkomo

I received a settlement amount of R2090 from HTN Attorneys in November and paid it. I also sent proof of payment to Charity Nkomo while I did a cellphone transfer but I keep getting SMS reminders. I've sent several emails to her with no response at all! Today I got one of those SMS's and called HTN Attorneys office again and spoke to Nthabiseng to enquire about the account and the balance reflecting on their side and she gave me R2090 an amount that I have paid in November as a settlement amount. Transunion report shows a zero balance on the same account though. Can somebody please assist me in resolving this as I've ran out of ideas and HTN Attorneys is obviously failing in assisting me?
