Paidup Loan still active
I had a loan with DirectAxis in 2013 and it was paid up in 2017, and this loan was link to my property and still is even after i paid it off, i have been trying to call DirectAxis the whole week last week i sent them an email to their Customerservice which they said they will get back to me within 48 hours which they did. i called again to day and somebody put the phone down on my ear. Account Number DSL0851H. I need this to be resolved ASAP.
