Paid up loan

Good day ,

I would like to log a complain with you company. My loan is supposed to paid up and finished by now. I keep having a negative balance owing of wich i do not know where its coming from. I have called in a couple of times and spoken to your collections consultant who are never able to assist. I was told the final amount owing on my account was R530 i made arrangements to pay this amount and it has been billed from my account. Now there is an amount of R600 owing? What is going on? Where is this amount coming from? It is ********** to keep charging me when our contract term is finished . I want someone to contact me urgently regarding this as it is unfair that i keep paying for something i do not know.

Hi , Can someone please contact me regarding this account??? It is supposed to be paid up I am waiting for a settlement letter , please note I will not be making any further payments into this account. I have been communicating with one of your employees via on your Facebook page, and I was reassured that there will nothing owing on the account and that I will be receiving a settlement letter . Instead I received a statement telling me there is still an outstanding amount of R127.75 (see below). What is going on I am not satisfied with your services. Please close this loan and send me the confirmation TODAY. Where the hell is this amount coming from??? Instalment Details Instalment Due Date : 2018/04/10 Instalment Due Amount : R 57.50 - Advance Amount : R 0.00 + Arrear Amount : R 70.25 * Amount Due : R 127.75
