Paid up Loan

I would like to warn people to stay away from direct Axis, I settled my loan in December however they went and debited my account. when i called them they told me to send POP, had to send it 4 time to 2 different emails as their collections department was calling me 50 times a day because i went and reversed the amount they debited. They really messing up my credit profile as its 2 weeks now that i have been trying to resolve this but they not helpful. Their consultants are rude and unprofessional. I have lodged a complain to the ombudsman so they can help me resolve this. They sometimes call and just play music on your ear, they call both my work and cell phone number which is annoying.
