PAID UP LETTERS AND STOP CHARGING ME INTEREST FOR PAID UP LOAN
After a promises to send me a paid up letter for my loans .They were paid up in November 2021 and I see that Direct Axis is busy charging me interest. Someone from MBD promised me paid up letter and after paying lump sum to get rid of the debt I dont have paid up letters. PLEASE STOP CHARGING ME INTEREST AND REVERSE THAT AS I OWE YOU NO CENT SINCE NOVEMBER 2020.PLEASE UPDATE YOUR RECORDS AND SEND ME TWO PAID UP LETTERS ASAP.You were harrasing me with calls.
