PAID UP LETTER DELAY

I have been trying to get a paid up letter from Direct Axis and they have been giving me run arounds, i was supposed to get this on the 4th of October and to my surprise, no email about my account being paid up. their call center is useless, they transfer you from pillar to post, is it . rocket science to get a pregenerated letter ,that i have paid up my account?
