PAID UP LETTER
Good day
i have been sending emails and calling Direct Axis to no avail. i received a settlement amount which i then paid on the stipulated date. I am battling to get a paid up letter i am transferred from pillar to post. The debit order usually goes off the 25th of every month and therefore hope they wont be any debit order going off my account.
i need confirmation that the loan is closed and an update to done on all the Bureaus
