Paid up Letter

From the yesterday(12/09/2017) the whole afternoon calling Direct Axis to provide me with the Paid up Letter till now,Today morning i calle d them from 07:00 till now they keep me transferring me from form agent to another without even helping me.

I only need Paid up Letter as i settled my loan.
