Paid off loan early,due a refund,still not got it!

In Mid Feb I paid off a small DirectAxis loan well ahead of schedule. I was told by them that because I paid early I was due a refund. I have phoned their useless call centre numerous times and sent them many emails without a resolution.<br> <br> The last time I phoned I was told a team leader needs to authorize the refund which was supposed to have been done. Why was I not told this the 7 other times I phoned??? This points to poor call centre staff training. <br> <br> I'm of the opinion that this is in contravention of the National Credit Act to not pay this refund timeously. I find it very ironic that if I had been late to pay DirectAxis would have threatened me with legal action immediately. However if they are late to repay me then there is no action what so ever!!
