Paid of account and find out i still own them mone
I paid of my loan account early in September 2016 only to find out 6 months later when I app**** for a loan to buy a car I owe DirectAxis R422.00. To get hold of them takes an hour on the phone and then gets cut off, they admitted the fault was on their side and they would rectify the problem, in the mean time I lost the car that I wanted to buy, and the problem is still not resolved, PLEASE HELP!!!!!
