PAFETIC SERVICE
I would give zero stars if I could, I am a dedicated client of DirectAxis now all of a sudden I can not apply for a additional loan because they still need to locate my debit order, My debit order is schduled for the 1st of every month and this goes off every 1st, I want to apply for a additional loan that I need funds in a HURRY but I am struggling my ass off , I get transfered from One person to another without any help, Bad Bad service , and that for a loyal customer who always pays her account

04 Nov 2021, 14:13This is really pafetic service, I contacted them now and all of a sudden because I tried to apply yesterday now I must wait 6 months, I will rather take my business elsewhere, Very very poor from these people

Our system shows that your application of 3 November was completed and we weren't able to offer you a loan previously application was done the 18 October. We’d be pleased to help you in the future.
