Oversettlement and debited
I oversettled my loan repayment and was still charged last month. After numerous phone calls on my end, this is still not resolved. This is also the second time that I’ve placed this complaint on this forum and no one from direct axis has called or even made the slightest attempt to try and assist me. I’m at my wits end and just need my refund ASAP. Could someone please call me and assist with this?
