Overpaid loan that is settled

I have have had a loan settled by credit insurance and i paid installments even though i got retrenched not knowing that my loan had already been paid up. I accidentally made two payments on the last month and i have emailed Direct axis called Wesbank, FNB, as well as Direct axis. FNB my bank that i made the payment from cannot assist with reversing the fund. Wesbank and Direct Axis are not answering and also not getting back to me as they say at the end of their calls they would after me giving my ID number so they can chevk my details. I am so disappointed as well as angry because I've been retrenched and R4000 is a lot especially for someone not working. I hope that this issue is resolved soon and that these companies get their stories straight.
