OVERDUE AMOUNT AS PER STATEMENT DEC 2021 LOAN ACCOUNT ***

I am struggling with DirectAxis to get my account settled since 13th of March 2021. I have send send various emails and proof of payments done. One 13th September 2021 we came to an agreement to pay further R500 as full and final settlement.

Now until Dec 2021 I am receiving a statement reflecting amounts overdue and cost are building up as what happend to the previous amount I had to settle as per agreement. The balance was to written back. It also originated from banking costs/interest and insurance policies being debited, et.

I realy do not know how to get this matter settled, SInce this will surely damage my credit record which I have never had a problem with the. I have been 10 years plus a client and never skipped any payment . Until the time I settled my loan in advance and R8000 payment was not capitilized in March 2021.
