overcharged in my loan account

I opened a loan with direct axis and the agreement was that my monthly instalment includes fees interest and insurance, but upon checking my statement it appears that these amounts are added in the loan and eventually increases the capital amount. My problem is that I have been trying to find out from direct axis but they make me hang on the phone until my money is finished <br> <br> im of the view that direct axis is overcharging me <br> secondly the interest that im beong charged differs month to month I don't understand all this<br> <br>
