the client app**** for a loan in 2013 (balance 13,465) and due to unforeseen circumstances it was handed over to Vericred in 2017/09 with the amount 14,762 and 2018/08 to Vertex solutions amount 12,254 and paid 3000 in August , the remaining balance was 9. 254. the client had been paying all along with the arrangement she made with all 3. she now app**** for debt review and to her surprise the account is no longer with Vertex (no one notified her) which she has just paid 3000 in August and it moved back to Direct Axis but the balance is triple now 27,823. according to the client she owes 9254 not 27823. all statements, receipts and communication for direct Axis, Vericred and Vertex are available.
