over a month requesting update
It has been over a month requesting Direct Axis to update my profile on credit bureaus as I have settled the account. All I get told when I write a review here is that we are working on it I don't know how you guys operate but whatever that you do is pathetic. What could be so difficult to just send update to credit bureaus. The worst thing is when I call,noone dares to answer the call. I'm gatvol with the treatment I got from you guys. It's like the whole team is ***********.
I'm gonna fight with everything I have. Your services are nothing but very poor
