NOT UPDATING ITC
I settled my loan in full with direct axis on 30/11/2015! 4 months later my ITC still hasnt been updated. Do you know how humiliating it is to sit in a bank with your wife ro apply for a home loan to find out that direct axis is still lying on my ITC and prevents you from doing that! After all we went through to repay you that big amount! This is disgusting amd embarassing. Will never do business with you again!
