Not removing default from Itc after acount was set

I had a personal loan through Sanlam.<br> I could not pay it because of personal problems . They put a default against my name.<br> I received a settlement offer from the attorneys and settle the account in November 2015.<br> I forwarded the paid up letter to Direct Axis but until today I have no joy getting the default removed from my ITC.<br> <br> Mariana Wilken
