Not Debiting My Account & Charging Me Late Payment

Hi<br> <br> I have a loan with direct axis last month they didn't debit my account for their installment for the month. They told me the debit order is not going through. i must go to the bank and sort it out. I went to the bank and they told me they didn't even try debiting my account. They made me pay late payment charges when it wasnt even my fault. The fault is on their side. They gave me banking account details which is not direct axis account as well as a reference number which is too long when you try to add them as a beneficiary and the internet banking doesnt allow to do it. i even went to the bank and they failed to add them as a beneficiary as well.<br> <br> I want them to refund the late charges and sort this out.<br> <br> Regards<br> Tashir
