Not closing account
My Name is Trudy I took a loan with this company and i settle the account on the 12 June 2019 with an amount of R92 606 till today i did not received my credit amount back the account its open on their site and is accumulating the interest rate and service fee every month I have send emails and everyting that they wanted: Proof of payment, ID copy and Proof of address, next week it will be 2 months not closing this account. I doubt I will advise someone to go to them for help.
