Not answering phones

Good day

Can someone from DirectAxis please assist me with this request that I have been making for the past six days and no one is helping me at all and I’m running out of time on the other letters for other creditors that I owe monies to and I have to remake phone calls to them using my phone bill because I can’t get on with the process because I’m waiting on you guys to send me the letter which was almost a week ago
