Not able to settle a loan

<p>I have been wanting to settle my loan. I have the cash to do it and because of the ease of making payments online or via banking apps, I have the time as well. What I do not have is the neccessary details I need from DirectAxis in order to do so.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been phoning for the last month, spending goodness knows how much of my airtime constantly phoning back to get someone who tells me that they will send me an email with the details required so I can settle my debt. I go through the entire thing over and over again, but to no avail. My inbox (junk icluded) still remain empty. Nothing. I am at a loss. They seem friendly and good over the phone with every person I talk to promissing me that they are going to be the person to send me the email with the required details. One guy actually tell me he and his supervisor will send it to me... and still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is sending an email so difficult? Goodness knows I send plenty everyday with no issues.</p>
