Non delivery on promises
The most useless company and call centre. I have been waiting for a paid up letter for more than a year on a loan made. Another loan has also been paid up, but to no reaponse.
After waiting fornthe call centre an being placed on hold, confirmation is made to receive the letter within 48h.
I am still waiting. Unacceptable and so disatisfied with this company.
