No tolerance for people with disabilities

Whe recently app**** for a personal loan whe received a sms stating whe are approved and must contact a number. Whe phoned the number where i explained to the lady that my husband has a speech difficulty and that he is here if she needs confirmation from him she whas very rude and crude on the phone i tried to explain he is here if she needs to verify his id or name but it is extremely painful and difficult for him to speek she crudely told me now they will phone him. So what now?? Whe have been aproved but you lack capability to deal with people with disabilities how do whe get confirmation and the amount if i may not speek on my husband's behalf. I need an answer direct axes as your consultant did not have the patience to help me.
